Covid-19 Policies
Life has really thrown us a curve ball this year with Coronavirus. Below you will find some very important information regarding my new & very strict COVID-19 policies, which are non-negotiable at this time. There will be a COVID contract in addition to the regular session contract for you to consent to and sign. I'm enjoying safely getting back to a job that I love dearly - although I am NOT taking this reopening lightly. I have been working behind the scenes to do everything possible to keep myself, my family, and all of my clients as safe as possible.
1. Has anyone in your household had a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath in the last 14 days?
2. Has anyone in your household had known exposure of close contact with anyone that has or is suspected of having Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
3. Has anyone in your household traveled to a high-risk area in the last 14 days?
*Please check temperatures of everyone in your household the day of your session* I will do so upon your arrival.
-Limiting sessions to a couple session per week to ensure proper cleaning between clients.
-All surfaces and props are sanitized between clients.
-All adults and children over the age of 3 are required to wear a mask or cloth face covering. Remove only when you're being photographed.
-Only 1 parent will accompany their child(ren) in the studio. If the other parent and/or siblings will be photographed, these will be done at the start of the session and asked to head out after.
-All client belongings will be kept inside a large plastic container. Please keep everything in there unless you need something. This container is sanitized between sessions.
-Regular seating has been removed and replaced with an easy to sanitize bench. Please stay seated unless asked otherwise.
-Bring your own disposable bag. Any disposable diapers or any other trash you have should be placed in a bag you bring and taken with you when you leave. If you need one, just let me know.
-Snacks, diapers, water bottles, new sealed pacifiers, travel sized formula, and facial tissue have been removed from their handy spots. Please ask if you need anything.
-Restroom use will be restricted to emergencies only.
-Please refrain from eating during your session if possible.
-Dress your child in the car for sessions other than newborn
-Put on mask(s)
-Please leave car seat in the car
-Only bring in necessities
-No outside props
-Temperature check
-Remove Shoes
-Sanitize hands and wipe down phones and anything you'll be using frequently
-Please keep all of your belongings in the container next to the seating area
-Please stay seated unless asked for assistance
I understand this is a very huge shift from what sessions looked like prior to COVID-19.
THANK YOU for your cooperation and understanding!
